My airtel mobile no. is 9910285836. last year when my hello tunes on my phone was activated automatically, i contacted austomer care and registered myself for DO NOT DISTURB ME.despite dis hello tunes were activated and airtel was deducting monthly charges.in April i contacted customer care and asked for the deactivation of hello tunes. i received a message for deactivation but in the month of may, after i recharged my account, they deducted monthly rent for three months for hello tunes.wen i contacted customer care, they agrred for the refund of amount and make a promise for refund within 24 hours.nothing happend.again and again I contacted customer care but no satisfactory reply. I feel cheated. please help me.
