I am using Nokia c3 handset from last 3 months & there was a special offer with that handset that if i insert airtel sim in that handset than internet connection is free for 6 months...

i purchased my mobile on 11 november..

i received the message from airtel that your interenet connection has been activated soo i used internet for almost 2 months (e.g november & december) bt whn january started my FREE internet connection is nt working i do not why??

i did not received any message from airtel..

i called to customer care numbers for almost 100 times but they are not reverting me with proper information...

PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...
