Respected Sir,

with due respect my self Prahlad Singh wants to say that I am using a Airtel connection. But sir I am complaning you that time to time without any reasion company persons detecting the money from customers account. Sir I recharged my mobile with 50 rupees on dated 15-02 at 11:40 AM and I got near about 41 or 42 rupees but whole money was detected by the company peoples without any reason and my balance was zero. Again next day I recharged with 50 rupees on dated 16-02 at 10:16 AM and they also detect the money on same day and my balance was zero again. For both cases I called the custmor care and I informed them for this. They ensured me that money will be return back within 2 days means upto 18-02 but I did not get the money. As I told to the custmor care person, if I will not get the money than I will go against the company in the consumer cort and they said yes you can go if money will not return back, but I did not get the money. Sir time to time arirtel company detect the money form the customars account. Please sir take the strict action against them. Waiting for positive response from your side.
