I am having a connection of airtel prepaid with no 9939523000.

i am using the airtel gprs service since 6 to 7 months in BIHAR circle... n whenever i go outside my circle my connection of gprs automatically disconnects..n when i complain about this to customer care..they use to told me that it will be cured within 24 hrs. but it doesnt happens n now they hav barred my call to customer care also...
