I have a domestic connection with Airtel. My tel number is 98102 03394 - I have been travelling abroad for the last few months and hence have not used my telephone as I do not have International roaming. I have never requested for International roaming either. Airtel has now sent me a bill for Rs.17000 with International roaming to the tune of Rs.13000 .
I and my wife have called airtel and spoken to numerous representatives. We have been told that they would get back to us. Despite this now we cannot get through to Airtel as the number 98102 03394 diverts us directly to a bill payment reponse and the number 98100 98100 is now unreachable through my airtel (I think it is blocked).
Now I have got a message to pay or else my telephone will be taken off the signal.
Airtel - call me and fix this problem - I have made too many calls and have been very reasonable. I am surprised at the complete disinterest of your customer service agents. I will not pay you a incorrect bill so please sort this out or I will have no recourse bu to move the court against you for harrassment and blackmail.
