Dear Sir/Madam,
Balance of Rs 27/- wrongly deducted from my mobile a/c no 8890960366., as i have talked with Customer care on Sunday 26/06, he has told me that i am using MMS but i had never used that i am using SMS only through Messaging Card. He had given me customer request reference no.is CBDPA30626330124, & told that me that we will resolve matter on 29/06 but as on date it is not resolved.
Kindly look into matter and refund the same amount in my mobile a/c 8890960366 as soon as possible.
