Today i got recharged my airtel mobile with Rs 98 (for internet) from shop. he recharged and get massage but i have not received any massage moreover amount is deducting from the main balance when using net. i called to customer care he told the there is not any recharge done by you. i am fail to understand that if i have not got it recharged then why shop person got the massage for successfull recharge. i am fed up with the airtel services. help me
