three month ago I received a call from airtel and an executive convinced me to take a one month plan in which i had to pay rs299 and i will get 999 min of calling to any local GSM mobile, I agreed because they said its just for a month. one month passed i paid that money. then again next month i received a bill which include rs299 extra, i called 121 and said them to deactivate this service, they said it will be deactivate. but again this month i have received the bill with rs299 added. I called them again and said that i will not pay this money but their executive PUSHPINDER (FEMALE) said "nothing can be done now", when I asked to talk to the senior, she said she is the senior most and nothing can be done.
i am using airtel number i;e (09876466550) from three years and this is a total harrasment for an old customer and i want that something can be done for it.
