I am using airtel's number since august and prior to that also i was using airtel's number but last month i.e. may I have noticed some charges on my bill which were totally unauthorized. These charges are for downloading something from the website using wap services on the phone. I called up airtel customer's service several times to remove these charges so they waived off 0nly rs.101 and i am being charged rs.400 in total since december. Even i do not have necessary settings on my phone to access internet then why i am being charged. I am paying these charges since december without using these services.i want all these charges to removed from my bill or to be adjusted on my next bill. I never expected that airtel will deceive it's customers like this. This is a SCAM.Please look in to this matter.
