Dear Concerned officer/authority,
I have an Airtel prepaid mobile connection with the number 9949358500. I have recharged my mobile in the first week of this month (july-2008). From yesterday on wards my mobile phone is showing the message "No service" and "Sim card registration failed". I was shocked and switched off my mobile and reinserted the sim and battery. Again the same two messages are appearing on my mobile.
To find out what was happend to my mobile connection I have tried my number ie. 9949358500 from my land line. (BSNL). Shoking. Some one who is very new to me has lifted his mobile and speaking. I have enquired about this issue. He stated that he has lost his mobile few days ago and had taken a new one and asked the Airtel showroom which was situated adjucent to Bommana brothers cloth showroom in Palkollu, West Godavari District. Andhra Pradesh. I have enquired further and came to know the persons name was (the allotee) Mr. Alapati Satyanarayana a resident of Veeravasaram village of the same district and his actual cell number is 99493 28500. The new
(ie. mine 9949358500) Airtel number was alloted to him by Mr. Kumar (Airtel show room owner) and his cell number is 9849625143. I tried to explaine him the problem for rectification. Mr. Kumar has not listing my words and arguing that what he has done is correct and true.
I request the concerned authrity to take necessary action againest the person's who are causing lots of disturbances and problems.
My other phone number is 040 23133562.
