Request to Block Lost Sim Card

Dear Airtel Service Team,

Hi, I am P Naresh kumar from visakhapatnam having prepaid connection no 08978271492. Ysterday I lost my mobile, i want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK the Sim card.

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). If any further process is there to issue the duplicate Sim card, pl. let me know.
