I have airtel landline no 011-42811480 under 699 100rs top up plan on the name of Gagan Deep Singh Rewari since 4-5yrs and every year there had been some fraud happening or the other by your executives, iam not gonna get in to the fraud history of my connection but this time it really pissed me off and iam gonna take a legal action against you under the consumer court act 1986 of fooling a customer and not providing detailed information of the servies,
I was originally on 699 plan and got a call from your some cheat executive salesman 3-4months ago telling me that if i pay another 100 bucks i will get double the speed and 200rs of calling discount each month, as i have earlier cheated by airtel numerous times i called up on 121 to cross check if the deal actually exists and migrated to it.
Yesterday i paid my bill and after coming back it reminded me to check if i was actually getting the promised 200rs calling discount on my bill, when i checked it was no where mentioned in the bill so i called up today(15th july) and spoke to priyanka first she told me no such top up exists and hung up in the middle of call or it may have gotten disconnected (TECHNICALLY) by my queries, she opened complain no(9276228)
as she hung up i called up again and spoke to shruti who told me that my services got changed to this new plan on 23rd feb 2008 and theres no such top up but u get 75rs of discount per month for 3 months that makes the total 225 so the guy who called you would have meant 225 in total so i asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor and spoke to varun from Noida who then told me that my services got changed on 23rd of may and confirmed me no such plan exists, so i knew that again i have been cheated by your sales executive.
when i asked him to check if even i got the discount that your saying of 75/month, he kept me on hold for almost 20mins and came back with something Airtel is really good at - an apology, that its not adjusted in your bill and (mind it) that its not a part of plan it gets activated on a customer request,
now lemme ask you
1) if i was actually on on 699 plan and 128kbps speed and the plan migrated to 256kbps then WHY THE HELL the discount part was not activated as IT IS a part of the plan,
2) I understand a sales executive can fake and play with words to make a sale but when i called up at 121 WHY wasnt i told about the scheme and that your CCE confirmed me that such a plan exists.
3) why you people have no account of what your sales people are telling a customer and fooling them and then its the customer whose going through all the mental agony.
4) i was promised 200rs/ month of calling discount and I WANT this amount to be adjusted in my next bill from the time i was migrated to the new plan till date else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to fraud calling by your sales team.
If i wouldn't have checked my bill i wouldn't have caught you cheating me all over again.
I dont want a stupid executive again to call me to settle the issue, i want some senior official to get in touch with me ASAP.
