On 16-7-2008 I went to Navin Stores R H Road Mylapore chennai 4 to e rechage my mobile phone prepaid airtel 9940250395 . Time 8.00 pm.I ensured that the corerect number was entered in the mobile phone of the franchisee which was used for e recharge. I saw the confirmation message the the number is activated. I have kept the mobile ay my home at that time. when i came home, i saw that the amount is not charged to the number. I have made complaint to the franchisee. (His mobile number is 9884680040.) I contacted Airtel customer care but they told me to contact the shop and make a complaint thru him. The shop keeper said it is not his business to rectify AIRTEL mistakes and did not take any steps. Will this happen to others also? will AIRTEL take any steps?
