Disconnection of Landline No. 4011257

It is the Company scheme of providing zero rent extra landline connection alongwith STD connection if the STD connection remains active for the period of one year but in our case we used STD connection for 2-3 years and also paid the call charges for the Zero rent connection i.e. 4011257 but now all of sudden the same number has been disconnected without any disconnection application and without any pre-intimation to us.
