Airtel has put up on their website that the problem due to the fire in their parel bldg is almost 100% completely solved, i am still facing problems, i am unable to receive any calls nor make any calls, sometimes i get thru after 3 or more tries. is there a way to make them pay for the loss of my business due to this disruption?
