I have been receiving blind calls from an AIRTEL cell no 9906159082 . the caller disconnects on calling back.

Can i know the identity of the caller?

or can the company check why the consumer is calling particular numbers for short duration so often?

Can the number be blocked?

he may be informed that if i know his identity i will rip him/her.
