Dear Airtel customer care
My cell no is 9717305315.
From last 4 times my balance is reducing automatic.
Then I call to customer care on 14.07.2008
Person told in ur cell mitti ke rang is activated.
I don't know how it is activated.
Any way I told to customer care person pls deactivate this.
He told ok & I got one sms ur request is processed.
He also mention it will take 3-4 days.
After this on 20.07.2008 I recharge with 50 Rs & my balance was 20.50.
Next day it reduce by 20Rs. & now balance is onlt 0.50.
Pls take action asap other wise how I will move with airtel number.
