TOC and Airtel postpaid corporate cug plan not activated

Hi,

I am Shweta Sadani from Chennai and i have applied for Airtel Corporate (Cognizant Technology Solutions) CUG postpaid connection (Plan 125) 2 months back. My number is now in the name of my father Mr. Bishnu Kumar Sadani. To avail this corporate plan i have to get the account transferred to my name. Hence i applied for the TOC and submitted the necessary documents to Mr Arun (9940646902) who is under Mr Christopher (9940011476). I require my CUG urgently and I have been enquiring about the status of my CUG everyday for the past one month and these people tell me that it'll definitely be done that day. However there are absolutely no steps that have been taken on this front. Nothing has been done to activate my plan. I am extremely dissappointed with the service of a good company like Airtel.

I would really appreciate it if Airtel takes the necessary steps for my transfer of account and my CUG activation.
