Not getting bill for charges

Hi,

This is Natwar Rathi. I have Postpaid Mobile connection of Airtel (Mobile no 9860925926).

I have changed my Postpaid Plan (450 Privillage Plan) in April to Corporate-225 Plan.

Now Airtel charged me Rs.1034 in June.

I have asked Airtel mobile Gallary head and Customer care for this.

Then I get answer that it is usage of that period.

when I asked for detail bill for this then I get answer that you wont get bill for this.

I have paid this money but my concern is that why after 14 months I have to pay

and also why not they are giving me bill for this.
