I spoke to a customer service executive, MR. ASHOK, on 03 August 2008 at around 10:30 a.m. He was rude & used abusive language. Instead of attending to my query, he used abusive language and was rude to the point of hanging up on me.
This speaks volumes about the quality of staff employed by the company and is indeed shameful that a simple query in a polite manner is responded to so discourteously.
If this the kind of service provided by Airtel, then I rather not have anything to do with them nor would I recommend to anyone in this world.
I would want the concerned people to look in the matter and take the necessary action. My Airtel no. is 9871355571.
