Billing even without connection

I took an airtel internet connection Previous year.

But asked to disconnect it because of their poor service, but even after paying complete bill, Airtel office in Gwalior is generating bill on my name every month.

Almost every day a retrival agent from there company comes to my house and askes for payment, I'm not using the connection for about a year and have reciept (71722) dated 18/11 from there agent whome I gave my last payment with Modem and my Telephone numbered: 0751-4094960.
