Respected sir/madam,
I Sunil B Mhetre, I am port in customer to Airtel from IDEA cell number 9822445642, under Airtel friends group, when i am port in at that time the call rates given by the airtel first call of the day to any number 1.50Rs/ min, after that Airtel friends to friends number 10Ps/min and other 30Ps/min. but from since last 3months i am paying 80ps/min to another number except airtel frinds.
i have told to airtel about this problem number of times but they dont take any action.
plz find solution to my problem as possible as quickly.
