NOT GIVING WHAT WE SHOULD GET IN THE PLAN

Respected sir

With due respect i would like to submit that i m an airtel customer (9890180988). I have a sim card in which friends scheme is activated. As per the information given by the airtel office, my call rates should be deducted as 10paise per minute whenever i make a call within my friends group comprising of the following numbers:-9975633102, 9890933008, 9960774165.But to my astonishment sir, i am being charged as 1 rupee per minute from 2 weeks or so for the same. I have been regularly lodging complaints to the airtel customer care. I do agree that they do refund my account for the extra deductions but sir my problem has still not been sorted out and every now and then when i make calls i get notifications of 1 ruppee per minute being deducted. It is very confusing and inconvenient sir to be making calls due to the abrupt changes in the call rates. Moreover my account balance should have been credited by rs.158 as airtel to aitel free balance for a recharge that i had had on the 14th of this month. I am fed up of regularly being bluffed by the customer care saying that my problems would be soon sorted out and still it has not been so.

I request you to kindly look into the matter take appropriate actions against the guilty.
