i have recently bought a new AIRTEL SIM card from an authorized dealer of airtel. the SIM is not responding now. it has corrupted. also when i mailed to airtel regarding this, they said they will communicate me within 24 hrs. and still after the completion of 24 hrs they have not yet communicated me what to do.
what kind of service they are proud of offering to their customer? is this a way to deal with the customer?
