Sir, I was using Airtel Prepaid connection for last two years. I converted my connection to postpaid using same number along with six of my collegues with unlimited CUG. We submitted all relevant documents to your Excutive Mr.Abdul (9940621262) on 09 Aug 08. Our post paid connection were activated from 11 Aug 08.My Outgoing calls were blocked from 20 Aug 08. I was told by customer care that my Residential adderess was not correct. I submitted my Ration Card as my Address proof and my company identity card as my Identity proof which has my old address. The person who came for the enquiry, enquired in my old address. I informed customer care and to Mr Abdul who might have wrongly placed my identicard as my address proof in place of my Ration Card. Till to date both the sources failed to solve my problem even after i am ready to prove my residential address.When I contacted Airtel customer care, I was told to apply for new connection which is not possible at this moment as i used my No. for my profession. My business gets affect as i do visit Ships at anchorage were no other communication other than my mobile.There is no fradulant connection as i was using the same no. as prepaid, even you can take reference from my collegues who has CUG with me.
