I rechareged with 61 Rs. sms card of airtel that provided 610 sms free. for 2 days sms were goin free but from 3rd day they started deducting money @ 1 rs/sms from my prepaid bal. on contacting they didnt respond properly, fruther they automatically activated value-added services n started deducting money. many sms were sent requesting de-actvation of value added services n we recd. confirmation from airtel also, still they're deducting money from my a/c n taking no action. my complaint no is 97069.plz help me over the matter.
