Wrong Billing of 9871903888

Dear Sir,

I was very happy with Airtel when I was having your 298 celebration plan. I paid Rs. 998 for the whole year and activated your sms service @ Rs.30 (10 paisa per sms). After one year I got a call from Airtel regarding new annual plan @Rs. 1198. The executive told me the benefits of this plan and I agreed to it. After one month of activation, I got a bill from Airtel where I was charged Rs. 1 per sms. So I was surprised to see the bill. Actually nobody told me that the sms service has been de-activated due to new plan. So this was not my fault and it was Airtel's moral responsibility to guide the customers about activation and de-activation of any plan. You can see that in the month of March I was charged Rs.499 for activation of GPRS. After so many complaints that was waived off. But I am still in doubt that this was charged again. I called so many times in customer care for the correct bill but in the result my number was disconnected.

After this I got so many calls to make the payment, I never denied for the payment but insisted for the correct bill. Today, 30.08. I got a call from Mr. Ajay from the numbers 9958297658 & 9818073411 and he misbehaved with me and my husband by using abused language (actualy I cannot write those words publically). So I am feeling insulted by him. Strict action is required to be taken against him so that Mr. Ajay should not use that language with other customers. i am ready to make the payment but the bill should be correct.

Please do the needful and take the strict action against the above mentioned person.
