Bills are not recieving on time

Last Saturday I get a call from airtel servers asking me to pay the bill

Well I ve not recieved the handy bill in papers & your company expects us to pay the bill without a proof

I was told the bill will be send within 5 working days & now on what grounds is my connection ceased

See am already fed up of all this because being a regular payer I dont expect this type of problems

If I face this problem again of your not recieving the bill I would surely disconnedt the Airtel service

Please look over this & now start my network again then only Ill pay the bill
