Deducting service tax different with the Lifetime prepaid customers

During I have taken Lifetime prepaid card (9945237469) at the cost of Rs.1100/-, again paid 250 Rs. on 6/10 towards get 1Rs/min for all local call. After the month all Lifetime prepaid customer get above facility without paying aforesaid cost. Ok, it is marketing. However, even though I paid that much. They are deducting tax of 22% while currency recharge. This tax rate (12%) varies with other Lifetime prepaid customer (9900628143, 9945001908 9740596736). It shows their negligence towards old Lifetime prepaid customer.
