For wrong bill

I have post paid connection of air tel from last 4 years, and i am paying regular bill time by time. But i got wrong bill on this month. the bill is of august. i have made a complain in customer care service of air tel, but there is no proper response on that, they have given the reason that ' i have activated GPRS of air tel' and that i didn't. my average bill is about Rs.350 to Rs.400 every month, but on this month i got Rs.1489.31. so, please do some in my favor immediately because my paying date is 22nd sap. 2008.
