I have an Airtel no. 9878680046, I cleared my all dues at 9 September and asking at Airtel Showroom to convert my Number from Post Paid to Pre-Paid, I submitted my all documents to them and sign the form, They told me that with in 72 hours your number will be converted into pre-paid. After 2 days ago i call in Airtel Customer Care and told them my problem, They also give me 72 hours extra time to convert the number from Post Paid to Pre-paid, after 144 hours my number has not been converted into pre-paid, when i call in customer care postpaid they told me to call in customer care pre-paid, till now this is happening, they could not resolve that, today is 18 September till now my Mobile No. is not activated.
