I had purchase a sim card which is launch by Airtel company as a Goverment schem, that those who are Goverment servent they only get this card and in this the schems was Airtel to Airtel 10. paise, Airtel to Others 30. paise, but after few year (1 1/2) years, they change the plan becoz of some reason. But there are customer who are using this card there call rate is same as it was and my call rate has change.
When i call at customer care they said not only your call rate change all customer those who are using this card it will change it is in process, but there are my friends using this plan before me and now also they are using no changes has done in there call rates 2 years pass. But till date they have not taken any step to give Equal call rate to every customer. Even though i am using this card, call rates is airtel to airtel 25 paise, airtel to other 50 paise. But i want to know why they have not change this plan for all customer who are using this goverment plan why only few customer of this plan has to pay this much.
I want compensation for this.
