I am mailing this letter with utmost dissatisfaction and anguish over what has happened with me for the last 2 years. My phone9935072262 has been blocked thrice during this period. Again its outgoing call facility has been stopped and despite my best efforts to contact /sms the customer care I have not been heard, nor my complaint taken.
