Wrongly deduction of Balance from my account

I am Pranav Mehta and my mobile no. is 9867036929 [Airtel, Mumbai]

Many of us have complain against Airtel regaurding wrongly deduction of from account.

I have also faced it many times. But not now it has crosses all limits.

Within 2 hours, I have been wrongly charged 3 times.

1. On 20/09, I activated mobile office service near about 2 p.m. At that time, my balance was 27.74. I used it well for one hour. Then at 2.55, I got a massage that "Your subscription to MCA (Missed call Alert) Promo has been renewed." And I was charged 15 Rs. for that. and my Balance was 12.74

Fact: I never activated Missed call Alert. Before 2 months, It was activated automatically from Airtel side. I never used this service. For first one month, they didnt charged anything. But in next month, It was renewed automatically and I was debited 15 Rs. for that. I made complain to Airtel Customer care. I saied that I didnt activated this service and It was activated automatically from your side. At first, they didnt accepted that the service was activated automatically. Then, they accepted it and I got refund for that after 1 week.

Now, again this thing is happening.

2. I use Friends card. And as per this plan, I can make call at 0.15 Rs. to 5 choosen Local Airtel no. I have choosen 99670320*** no. as Friend's no. At 3, I made call to this no. and talked about 9 minutes. As per my plan, I should been charged 1.35 for this. But I was charged 9 Rs. So, My Balance was 3.74 Rs. after that.

3. Near about 4 p.m., I got a service massage that "I have been charged 14.99 for my last VAS use. [mobile office]. I got this massage twice and now my balance is -26.25 (Yes, It is nagative 26.25)". I activated this service on 20/09 itself and I should be charged just 14.99 rs. for that. but I have been charged twice, I have been charged 29.99 for that.

I tried to call customer care executive dialing 121. But when I choose option to talk with customer care represeentative, I hear a recorded massage: "Please send your query by SMS to tall free no. 121 within 130 characters. We will reply back shortly."

I am hearing this massage since last week. So, I had to use my friend's cell to complain regaurding this.

When I called customer care on 21/09 to know the complain status, I got the answer that due to technical problem, there is delay in solving the complain. so I will have to wait for monday to know the status of this complain.

Before three weeks, same thing had happened. on 27th of August, I had activated Mobile office service. I was charged twice on 28th August [for both: 27 and 28] and on 29th August, again i was charged twice. I made complain about it. On 08/09, I got massage that my complain has been solved and on 09/09, I got massage that 29.98 rs. has been credited back to your account. But, there was not credit of a single paise in my account. Again I made complain and after explaining them lots of time and wasting my time, I got refund on 19/09. So, I got refund after 21 days. While Airtel claims that if there is wrongly deduction of balance from your account, and if you make complain, then the complain will be solved within 24 hours. Look at what they claim and what is real situation.

There is another fact regaurding Mobile office service. When you activate the service, and if you try to deactivate the service on the same day, you can not deactivate the service on the same day. You gets the massage that the service must be activated for mimimum 24 hours. so even if you want to deactivate, you can not deactivate it and you are forced to use it on the next day.

So if you intend to use this service just for one day @ 14.99, you can not do it. you are forced to use it for minimum 2 days and you will be charged 29.98 for that.

Now as my balance is nagative, I can not make any calls.

I can not send any SMS.

I have activated mobile office service but due to Blunder of Airtel, I can not use the service.

So, I am charged in advance for the service but now I can not use it.

Now only God can save us from company like Airtel.
