Espected sir,
my airtel postpaid connection no. 9876516516 has been given incorrect bill amount. last bill has been added instead of its payment at sec-34 chd office of airtel online. i came to know at this sec-34 office that my billing has been changed automatically or unknowningly, which made me so irritated that i can't explain, i have been disturbed mentally. Airtel customer care, and empolyee at sec-34 chd, when contacted, they started referring to other places, which inturn consumes my lot of time and wastage of economical expenses also. they are not able to satisfy me. so i am very irritated. if no solution came to my side or the bill is not reactified or i will be still suffered/harassed, i have to a legal action against airtel.(consumer court).
