This is regarding the ineffecient service of Airtel..

I just viewed the complaints board.com witha search word Airtel

THere are 376 pages with an average of 5 complaints per page means 1880 complaints...

I dont understand where is the company leading to in customer care aspect and Customers being the revenue driver for the company!!

I still have the problem of getting the postpaid connection. it has been more than 5 days since i lodged all the documents for the conversion, what i get is only calling the 121 with post paid saying not my baby and prepaid saying post paid will handle...

I fail to understand what is the telecom giant doing with such a hopeless service?

This private company is no better than a PSU...
