with due respect it is stated that i was very much disappointed with the behaviour of ur staff at garwha jharkhand.i was a big advisor n appreciator of airtel... but i was shocked when the air tel area manager started using abusive language against me just for requesting him for internet activation.when such a behaviour is shown against a doctor than what to expect 4 general public.he also threatened me to cut my current airtel commection.when i enquired about this fellow i came to know that many airtel customers had resorted to other connections because of his rude behaviour... i had really a sad experience... please do take some action or else i have to approach higher authorities.
