I took a pre-paid recharge card from Airtel recharge and my sim is already a life time validity card.

This Airtel dealer took 495 rupees from me and putted another validity card and I got a talk time of just 10 rupees.

After making a complaint at the costomer care where the service is pathetic and the customer care tele takers don't even speak simple english, I must have explained the issue 15 times in my 12-13 calls made at the customer care center.

At the end my problem did not got resolved and they sent me an SMS that your call is closed, since they had to maitain their SLA in pride.

It left a very bad impression regarding the customer care services and customers suffering due to some ones else mistake.

I am now planning to change to some other mobile vendor services as there is no point in being logical in front of deef ears.
