Wrong advice by customer care

I called airtel customer care to inquire whether an offer was still vaild (50 std calls in 49 rs). But some executive "pooja" said there is no such offer.

Then I asked her about the terrif voucher so that I can make std calls at 1 rs/min. She told me to have my phone recharged with 39 rs terrif top up.

After having that top up also it was costing 1.50 rs / min for an std call.

I again called the customer care next day. Then another executive Vijeta tells it's not 39 but 35 rs top up for std calls. And as now I already have one top up I could not use other and have to wait for 1 month to get the correct top up.

I tmade me sick I got wrong information despite making clear that I have to cut down my std callrates. They provided wrong information and now say they can't do anything I have for one month.

It's a bullshit. Now I will have to pay more for the calls I usually make till one month. They have sickened me.
