I m a cust of Airtel mumbai, i m really very fedup with this service provider. Mumbai airtel network has failed due to some short circuit in the main network, but this was an stupid reason. As compare to new technologies they can keep their backup for every thing & this can be done by such a big shot company. Seriously they have hardly smashed my faith.
