CUG activation/migration

I had applied for migration for 2 cards (98986 77444 and 99986 10609) from post paid to BAPS CUG in somewhere in the month of April. I was informed that facility will be activated within 2-3 days from receipr of the cards. A person approched me with two cards on my name but I informend him that I already have two airtel post paid cards but just I want to migrate to BAPS CUG scheme. Therefore, he took away those cared and gave to some other person. I was asked to fill up two other forms afresh and given detail/documents as an agent asked for. I did it somewhere in month of May. At that time also I was re-assured that same will be activated within few days. I made repreated inquiry but I was assured that within few hours/ few days facility will be available.

At last, since last three days I am calling your agent thrice a day and he gives me promise that "it will be done in few hours" or "I will call you after few hours that facility is now been activated".

Till date said facility is not activated on any of the number.

YOU, THEREFORE, ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO SUCH ISSUE WHERE PEOPLE ARE BEING HARESSED LIKE ANYTHING AND FALSE PROMISES ARE BEING GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS. SUCH APPROCHED FROM A REPUTED TELECOM AGENCY IS NOT LEAST EXPECTED.
