I am using Mobile office facility of AITEL for a monthly cahrge of 450 Rs which comes in every month bill. Now for the last 3 months airtel has not chare for this service and in this month bill they have clubbed it together and charged for all the 3 months. Which is heavy on my pocket. I talked to Shweta Shah (supervisor) of call center. She said airtel cant help in this matter and i have to pay the bill in full amout. Since I have used the service, i requested to pay the payment partly.
This is request to Consumer forum to look into this matter urgently and help me.
