Duplicate sim not provided

Hi,

I have been using AIRTEL number for last 3 years. I never had any problem with airtel services.

This time i lost my mobile and sim. I went to near by AIRTEL office (sector-14, gurgaon) and asked them about duplicate sim. Now its been a month & yet have not got the sim even after number of visits to office.

Please look into the issue.
