I am from Kerala (Vazhuthacadu), maintaning an airtel prepaid connection (9895372583) for the last three years. Even though i was not compltely satisfied with the connection and services, for the sake of retaining the very old number i maintaned the connection.
The problem happend from last March when we shifted our office to a new premaise where every other network was available but airtel has a serious network problem all the time the phones shown out of range, we had three other employees who were using Airtel shifted to another services From March onwards i was regularly making compalints to the customer care, I almost regidterd 49 complaints regarding the issue, everyone agrees me and assured me of a solution but nothing happens till now. No one called neither messaged
.The astonishing thing is that the distance between our office and the nearest tower is 400 meters stright . and it is the nearest tower when compared to all the other service providers
