This is to inform u that for last around 5 months i am facing problem from airtel service which is deducting 3 Rs. everyday by sending unwanted messages three times in a day on my mobile number
09997443393 (Prepaid connection).i have requested numerous times at customer care and they just give false assuarances but it is of no use because the problem is not yet rectified and sms keeps on coming from 64611001 and they deduct Rs.1/- each time ie three times in a day.
I am fed up By Airtel and will be forced to write to the chairman if the problem is not solved within 24 hours. You are also advised to refund the entire amount which is being deducted by u.
