Ude behaviour and wrong commitments by call centre executives

This is shavinder bains an old user of airtel connections and my concern is i talked with an airtel call centre female executive on 2 september 2008 at around 9 pm her name might be kushaldeep kaur actually i am not sure abt her name. i was facing problm regarding msgs despite of an apology she spoke very badly with me and later on disconected my call. To whome so ever this feed back will be concerned plzzzzzzzz tell all the customer care executives what is the thing customer service and how to talk with a gentle customer thts is...
