Poor Service and Response

I am unable to add a new package in my account. They say the account is not active but I am able to watch the channels. They re-installed the connection in a new location after that they the account is not active. They have taken Rs.600/- from my account and they the account is not active. I have spoken with the Manager of the Call center of the Digital TV. He promised me the service will be active with in 2 days but even after 10 days they say its not active. The same manager has also promised that he will call me back with in 2 days. But he never kept his promise.
