i am using airtel services from last one year... the last saturday i do my cell recharge with 502 easy with Trans id 699550331 valid for one month for GPRS service..before this i am using on daily basis rs. 25 per day recharge.when i got the recharge of 502 ..due to wrong information provided by customer care my Monthly GPRS service will get de-activated. and from last six days they are not going to response me and now today on 25-06 my customare call will be deactivated..now i cannot call to customer care... thay also barred my calls to customer care...
i hope this problem will get resolve asap
