Unethical Business Practice

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my Airtel connection no. 9892578113.Rs. 30/- had been deducted from my account making balance in negeative. When inquired with the customer care at 121 I had been told that same is deducted for the caller tune for which I have never made any request. After making continuous calls to customer care I had been told that the same service had been cancelled. Without my concent the caller tune facility was given at a charge of Rs. 30 and the same has been cancelled without making refund of Rs. 30 to my account. When I kept on calling the customer care for an explaination for this act of Airtel they regret their inability for the refund and instead asked me to mail my complain toyou directly.

Strangely this has became a common practice of the company to deduct amounts in the name of caller tunes or GPRS services for most of the new connections.

Hope this Unethical Business Practice will be stopped and a refund of Rs. 30/- will be made in my aforesaid Airtel account.
