Loss of coonectivity and money due to fault of airtel people

I had contacted mr chintan and mr jignesh at airtel customer care center on SG highway, opp gurudwara, ahmedabad for having new post paid connection.

they took some documents and 500 rs from me and my connection was started.

after 15-20 days, my connectivity was lost without any prior notice.

when i contacted them, they told me that i have not given proper documents.

then again i gave one more document and i was told that my connection would be started soo.

even after that, my connection was not started for 3 more days.

finallly, they told me that my documents are stil not complete and my connection will not be started again.

my complain is if they did know that my documents are not proper, why they taken fees from me and why connection activated?!!!

now i have lost my money and spent much time in visiting atleast 6 times to the center.

those persons were not even sorry for bothering me so much!!!

is this the way of making customers smile?!!!

this is very very poor thing to happen with somebody like me who was a big big fan of airtel, using it since 7 yrs.

will i get justice?!!!
